WINDHOEK, 25 APR (NAMPA) – Experts have urged the authorities to exercise caution regarding the oil discoveries off the coast of Namibia.
The recent discovery of oil in the offshore Orange Basin has sparked much excitement, as there is hope that the emerging industry will bring prosperity to the southern African nation.
